MEET ALEX JOHNSON

I’ve been a Santa Cruz resident for most of my life except, as a child, when I had the good fortune to travel the world with my parents and siblings. We sailed through the Philippines, the Pacific Rim, the Panama Canal, Holland, the Eastern Seaboard, as well as Hawaii and the Pacific Northwest. I have lived in such diverse places as Brazil, Sweden and Mexico. This experience opened my eyes to the many cultures and lifestyles of the people I encountered and I believe has kept me in tune with what makes people happy. I carry this knowledge with me, along with my excellent communication and negotiation skills, into my 30+ year career in real estate, resulting in numerous real estate transactions with many satisfied clients.
